Hi everyone! I’m Melanie Amini-Hajibashi, founder of Amini Wellness. I created this space to offer therapy that goes beyond surface-level solutions—real strategies that create immediate relief while tackling the deeper roots of pain.
I take an integrative approach, combining evidence-based therapy with the power of mind-body healing. Through movement, nutrition, sleep, and breathwork, I help clients regulate their nervous system while breaking free from patterns that hold them back. My goal is to empower you to design a life where you don’t just survive—you thrive.
I don’t see people as their problems. I believe the most important aspect of the healing journey is re-aligning to your authentic self. My approach is supportive, encouraging, non-judgmental, creative, fun, and solution-focused. After every session, my clients leave with action steps for the week to take therapy into their everyday lives.
When I am not in the therapeutic space, I enjoy teaching yoga, exploring nature, writing poetry, painting, reading at coffee shops, playing with my cat Cosmo, stargazing, looking at the moon (literally), and watching stand-up comedy.
